After 4 years of extensive exploration into our encounter with the world at human scale,
graduating students of Monash Interior Architecture are proud to present MIA 11.

The work presented at this year’s exhibition is the result of a yearlong investigation into the experiential, phenomenological and functional dimensions of interior space. Projects cover areas of cultural, institutional, commercial and domestic architectural space. Each work has developed from a strong conceptual basis that is supported by a thorough understanding of building construction and material technology.

It is because of all the questions asked; ideas explored, tested and challenged, that our work has developed as it has. This exhibition is not only a celebration of our final work but also of the process it took to get there. It is our pleasure to welcome you to share in that celebration.
